You will need:
One baking sheet
tin foil
2 cups brussels sprouts
1/2 tbsp of sea salt
1. Preset oven to 400 degrees
2. Wash and halve the brussels sprouts
3. Place flat side down on tin foil over baking sheet
4. Sprinkle with salt
5. Bake for 20-30 mins, until sprouts are crispy and brown on the outside
6. Plate and serve
