Ginger Pan Fried Shrimp with Scallions







Great recipe as an h'ordeuvre or small meal!


1/2 lb pink gulf shrimp
1 scallion (chopped)
1/3 cup Good Housekeeping's Ginger Marinade

1. Peel and wash shrimp
2. Place in glass bowl and add Marinade
3. Chop scallions and add to marinade
4. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1/2 hour
5. Over medium heat in a sauce pan add shrimp and marinade
6. Stir and cook for 5 mins
7. Place in Serving dish and serve
