A Book with a Laugh!

Throw a Tomato was recommended to me as a funny book that helps you get out of a bad mood. For example this book recommends:
  1. Throw a big tantrum. Write letters seethed in hate, with swearing and heavy doses of useless bitching included. No one will ever see it, so go nuts. Then destroy it (see #3).
  2. Have a biscotti snack. It’s the gnawing and angry crunching that really does the trick. Don’t bother trying to make it yourself. It is doubtful that baking will be any assistance to you when you feel like this.
  3. Scribble and Shred. Get yourself a big, bold marker and scribble really hard. Slam the tip onto the paper to the point where the ink splatters. Tear it to shreds. Throw all the pieces. Leave it on the floor.
  4. Move your body, fast and furious. Run down the street. Do an interpretive dance to death metal. Head to the swings. Take it out on that mountainside.
