Fish Tacos with Mango Chutney

All I have to say is BOMB!

1.5lbs fresh cod
one lemon sliced
one lime sliced
fresh chopped cilantro
olive oil and some special spices
Diced mango,
diced red onion
sliced avocado
lettuce
tomatoe

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350, FOIL A 2INCH DEEP DISH AND SEASON YOUR FILETS, ADD OLIVE OIL, LEMON, LIME AND CILANTRO.  BAKE FOR 15 MINS FLIP HALF WAY THROUGH
REMOVE COD FROM DISH AND PLACE ON DIFFERENT PLATE AND SEPARATE FISH.
FOR MANGO CHUTNEY, DICE MANGOS, ADD CILANTRO, OLIVE OIL AND PEPPER

SLIVE AVOCADO TO ADD TO TACO

ON TORTILLA, LAYER LETTUCE, TOMATOE, ONION, FISH AND CHUTNEY
