My friends and I made chicken wings. We started with about 2lbs or chicken legs and wings (organic to like the 9th degree whatever, go organic and free range it makes a difference). We washed cut and seasoned the wings and let sit for an hour ( I used pink Himalayan sea salt, truffle oil, crushed red pepper, lemon pepper and chives) . Preheat the oven to 400 for ten minutes. Let cook for 10 minutes and turn down temp to 375. Let cook for ten minutes and turn wings over and turn temp down to 350. Let cook for 7 more minutes and the wings should be done. By initially searing in the juices you keep the chicken meat moist and cook it for longer at lower temperatures.

Chicken Wings
I do not care for sports games unless someone makes me watch it and then I really just hang out because the food is gross but wonderfully processed. I decided to go in a different direction with Football Sunday food with an organic note.
