Ciabatta with Prosciutto and Fig h'ordeuvres

This h'ordeuvres is not only delicious, it is extremely simple and easy to make. All you need is an oven, knife, a cookie sheet and a sauce brush.
Ingredients:
One Ciabatta baguette
One jar of Fig Spread (I purchased mine from Trader Joes)
4-5 slices of Parma Prosciutto
Several Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Slice baguette thinly about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick
3. Use brush to glaze bread with olive oil, enough to coat both sides
4. Place glazed bread slice on baking sheet
5. Slice prosciutto into 1 inch slices
6. Once oven is preheated put baking sheet in and let bread toast for about 10-15 mins, enough that is slightly brown on both sides
7. Remove toasted bread from oven and cool for one minute
8. Spread a thin layer of fig spread on top of toasted bread
9. Roll prosciutto up and place on top of fig spread
10. Plate and serve!
